What is My Account?
Once you have registered for your online account you will be able to control how you manage and organise different sections within your account. This includes managing different delivery addresses, creating favourite lists of products, viewing your previous order history, working with quotes and much more.
Within the My Account area you can

Manage your Profile - You can now update all of your account information, change your password and manage your address book allowing you to add multiple delivery addresses.

Manage your Address Book - Add multiple delivery addresses and select a separate billing address

Manage your Reward Points - View your balance, the order you earned the points on and how and when you redeemed them. We have also improved the type and range of products available

View your Order History - Keep track of all your online orders, see where they are in the delivery chain and reorder at the click of a button

Save your Favourite Products - Save products that you buy on a regular basis in favourite lists to save time and keep yourself organised. Click here for more information.

Save your Printers - Save your current printers so that you don’t have to search for the printer cartridges on every visit. Label each printer to easily identify it

View your Quotes - View all your current and past quotes which includes any cheaper alternative products that we can offer. Click here for more information.
