Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
Customer satisfaction is a vital part of our company ethos. We constantly measure customer satisfaction using a number of different methods, including account management, feedback, and surveys. Our staff are rewarded when we achieve high customer satisfaction socres.
Customer loyalty is measured by using Netpromoter scoring. We service over 4000 customers in the UK and Ireland, many of whom have been customers for over 20 years.
